T Town Showcase Tournament Check-In is ▶️ ONLINE ◀️

This process will require the purchase of a team set of parking passes for the event (11v11-$95). 
USE COUPON TTOWNPARK to reduce parking fee to $0.

REFEREE FEES:  Teams bring $100 per game to the field for referee fees.  These are paid 30 mins prior to kickoff.

ROSTER REVISIONS FOR TOURNAMENT PLAY (not the college profile brochure):  Once you have uploaded your initial roster, should any changes occur requiring revision, you can upload a NEW roster with those revisions to this link, anytime, prior to kickoff of your first game.  CLICK HERE ◀️

PLAYER & TEAM CREDENTIALS REQUIRED:

• Team Roster 
  • Roster must come from an official roster source (GotSport, US Club, US Youth, etc)
  • Guest Players - can be handwritten at the bottom of the roster
    • Must have Medical Release form for each guest player 
    • Guest Players must have player card issued from 2021-22 or 2022-23 seasonal year (see below under "Player Pass Cards" for any player who has not received a pass card for the upcoming year and also does not have a passcard from the previous year). 
• Medical Release Form - each player must have a medical release form uploaded 
  • Teams are required to keep copies of the medical release forms on their person at all times 
• Player Pass Cards or Player Cards
  • Teams are requested to have physical or digital copies of player cards available to be checked field side. 
    • Exception: U10 teams and younger.
