ATHLETE'S LETTER TO SCOUTS

We enourage athlete's to send emails and text alerts to college or pro-am scouts alerting them of the athlete's game schedule for the showcase. 

COMPOSING AN EMAIL - HOW TO:

1. Subject Heading should include YOUR NAME and your YEAR of GRADUATION.

2. Address the coach by COACH NAME. "Coach Alex Ferguson,"

3. Be brief.  Provide concise details. 

4. Essentials to provide:  Your Name, Your Contact Cell/Email, Your Year of Graduation, Your Jersey Number, Your Schedule with Days, Times, Opponents, Locations and Address. It is best to provide a LINK to your team's schedule so that the coach can keep up with any updates live and in real-time. 

5. Also Provide:  Your Position, Your Academic Credentials (GPA, Test Scores), Your Coach Contact Info, Your Twitter or Social Medial Handle, Your Latest Short Highlight Video

Dear Coach Ferguson,

Congratulations on Manchester United winning the treble!

My name is Thierry Henry. I am a striker, playing the 9 position, and will graduate in 2027 from Arsenal High School.

My club team, Arsenal FC, is playing  in the T Town Showcase Jan 27-28 at Case Community Parks in Sand Springs, Oklahoma (2500 S RiverCity Parks Road, Sand Springs, OK 74063).

I will wear JERSEY #10, and will typically play as the single striker in our 4-2-3-1 formation. 

Have a 3.7 GPA, and have scored a 25 on the ACT test.
